Refund policy
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Court bookings
This policy covers items bought from our online shop. Court booking cancellations, refunds, club credits and rain or weather interruptions are covered by our Rain, Weather & Court Cancellation Policy.
Returns
You can return unused full-price items within 30 days of delivery, and sale items within 14 days of delivery (see your right to cancel below). Items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and with your order number or proof of purchase.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, including sale items. Let us know within 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
How to return an item
1. Email hello@padelx.club with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. Once we've confirmed your return, post the item to:
Padel X Club Returns, Longbrook Farm, Thurning, Peterborough, PE8 5RG
3. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.
Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Return postage
If you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of posting the item back to us. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Items we can't take back
Gift cards and gift memberships, once the gift code has been used.
Rackets that have been used on court, unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return it as above and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If you haven't received your refund within 15 working days of our confirmation, email hello@padelx.club or call 020 8191 2460.
