By joining and participating in any WhatsApp community, group, or broadcast operated by Padel X Club (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining any Padel X Club WhatsApp group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Continued participation in the group constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Visibility of Profile Information

You acknowledge and agree that your public WhatsApp profile information, including your display name and mobile number, will be visible to:

• Group administrators
• Other members of the WhatsApp group

You understand that other members may be able to contact you directly via WhatsApp (messages or calls), subject to your personal WhatsApp privacy settings and the standard functionality of the WhatsApp platform.

3. Third-Party Links & Content

From time to time, links may be shared within the group. Only links from the following sources are considered official and approved:

• Padel X Club
• Padel Mates
• Official Padel X Club social media channels

Any other links shared by members are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised by group administrators.

You acknowledge that clicking on any external or unauthorised links is done entirely at your own risk. Padel X Club accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or issues arising from third-party websites or content.

4. Non-Padel X Club Promotion & Bookings

Padel X Club WhatsApp communities are intended solely for activities, events, bookings, and discussions directly related to Padel X Club venues and operations.

Members must not:

• Share booking links, match invites, or event information relating to non-Padel X Club venues or organisations
• Promote other padel clubs, venues, leagues, coaching services, or competing activities
• Use the group to redirect members to external clubs, communities, or booking platforms not operated or approved by Padel X Club

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing Padel Mates links for non-Padel X Club venues.

Members are welcome to play at and engage with other clubs privately; however, promotion or organisation of such activity within Padel X Club communities is not permitted.

5. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited within all Padel X Club WhatsApp communities:

• Selling, advertising, or promoting any goods or services
• Spam or repeated unsolicited messaging
• Sharing misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Sharing unauthorised commercial links or promotions

Admins reserve the right to remove any content or remove members without prior notice.

6. Personal Transactions & Risk

If members choose to exchange personal information, arrange payments, or conduct transactions with other members, this is done entirely at their own risk.

Padel X Club is not involved in, and accepts no liability for:

• Any financial transactions between members
• Goods or services exchanged between members
• Any disputes arising between members

7. Liability Disclaimer

Padel X Club accepts no responsibility for:

• Content shared by group members
• Actions or behaviour of individual members
• Loss, damage, or disputes arising from participation in WhatsApp groups

8. Group Management Rights

Padel X Club reserves the right to:

• Remove any member at any time without notice
• Edit, restrict, or shut down any WhatsApp group
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

By joining and remaining in any Padel X Club WhatsApp community, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
