Our website chat ("Chat with Pablo") is answered by Pablo, our AI assistant, which uses Anthropic's Claude to write its replies. A member of our team may also read the chat and reply.

When you use the chat we save the messages you send and receive, the page you were on, and a random ID stored in your browser so your conversation can continue from page to page. To prevent abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're not a bot, and we count messages per IP address using a one-way hash of the address, which we keep for about two days.

We use your chat to answer your questions, so our team can follow up with you, and to improve Pablo's answers. Please don't share payment card details or passwords in the chat. To ask about your chat or have it deleted, email hello@padelx.club.
