Set within the iconic campus of the Royal Agricultural University, Padel X at The RAU transforms heritage tennis courts and a classic pavilion into a fresh, modern hub for padel and pickleball.
With three padel courts, two pickleball courts, and a restored clubhouse with indoor and outdoor seating, this is where tradition meets energy - a new home for movement, social sport, and community spirit.
Located on the edge of Cirencester, just minutes from the A417, A429, and Kemble Station, Padel X RAU is designed for easy access, open-air play, and all-weather connection. Whether you’re new to the game or chasing your next rally, this is padel with purpose and it's built for everyone.

No, everyone’s welcome! You can book a court as a guest via our online system or join as a member for added benefits like discounted peak bookings, event access, and community perks. Explore ways to play.
What are the prices for Padel X at The RAU?
Peak & Off-Peak Court Prices:
Super Off-Peak: Weekdays 7am-12pm (£22)
Off-Peak: Weekdays 12pm-5pm/Weekends 6pm-10pm (£27.50)
Super Peak: Weekdays 5pm-10pm (£44)
Peak: Weekends 8am-6pm (£38.50)

The club features three padel courts and two pickleball courts, plus a newly refurbished clubhouse with indoor and outdoor seating, changing facilities, and space to relax between matches. We also host coaching sessions, social events, and community activities throughout the week.
Where is Padel X at The RAU?
Padel X RAU is based at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. You’ll find us on the edge of town, close to the A417 and A429, just 10 minutes from Kemble Station with direct links to London Paddington. Free on-site parking is available for all players.

Is there a rain policy?
Rain happens - we've got you. If the heavens open and your court becomes unplayable due to heavy rain or standing water, we've got options:
You can reschedule or get a credit refund and points will be returned to your account - whatever suits.
To request a reschedule or credit:
- Drop us a line at hello@padelx.club within 7 days of your booking
- Include your booking details so we can verify it
Just so you know - we can't offer credit or reschedules if:
- You've played more than 50% of your session
- You don't get in touch within 7 days
We keep things fair and flexible. If rain stops play, we'll do our best to get you back on court - and back in the swing of it.
